Statistics show that consumers purchase from websites that create a great experience. They want websites that are easy to navigate through with minimum confusion. The most successful online sites make it easy for customers to find exactly what they are looking for. Avoid adding any unnecessary content or images.

#2 – Individual Product or Service Pages

An easy way to eliminate confusion if you offer multiple products or services is to create individual pages for each offer. Your product or service pages should contain high quality images, a detailed description of how it directly benefits the consumer, a strong call to action and customer reviews.

#3 – Sell Benefits Rather than Features

One of the biggest mistakes business owners make is trying to sell on features rather than benefits. Your prospective buyers want to know how your product or service will impact their life. How will it help them alleviate a specific problem?
